Lisa Marie Brimmer is a queer, Black, adoptee interdisciplinary artist and writer living in Minneapolis, MN. Their work has been published in anthologies: Walk Towards It, Whisked: Cooking up Community, Fierce Lament, and the forthcoming A Garden of Black Joy. They are a co-editor of Queer Voices: Poetry, Prose, and Pride (MNHS Press) and the featured poetry contributor of Twin Cities Pride Magazine.
